Rental Price
These Terms and Conditions should be Read Before Booking.
All Bookings are Subject to the following Terms and Conditions:-
The prices are for one-week rental periods for the villa (not per person) but do NOT include flights or car hire which you will need to arrange separately.
For an extra charge of £30.00 we can arrange for a representative to meet you at Faro airport and take you to the villa. They will also show you around the villa and answer any initial questions that you may have regarding your stay.
The price of your stay includes Electricity, Heating, Bed Linen (changed weekly if your stay is for more than one week), Towels and Tea Towels, although you are expected to bring your own beach towels. For stays of one week or more, you will find a welcome pack on your arrival.
A provisional booking date may be made by telephone or email and will be held for five working days pending receipt of completed booking form and a 20% deposit. The booking will be confirmed to you in writing within seven days of receipt of your booking form and required deposits when we will also give you the date by which the balance is due. Once the booking is confirmed the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full amount due.
When booking the villa a refundable deposit must also be forwarded with your payment in the sum of £200 to cover any damage which may occur. This will be refunded back to you immediately upon your return provided that no damage has occurred.
The balance of the cost for the period for which you have booked is due no later than four weeks before the start of the let. In the event that you are booking less than 4 weeks before the start of the let, payment in full will be required with the Booking Form. If full payment has not been received by 4 weeks before the start of the let, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be lost.
We reserve the right to vary our booking periods and charges in the period between October and May when we may choose to cater for short breaks which may be booked on any day of the week.
Daily rates are available if required to create different holiday durations. If your chosen holiday period falls into two seasons then the price is calculated pro rata on a daily basis.
Payment may be made by Cheques or Postal Order and account details are also available on request for payment to be made through Internet Banking.
If you have to cancel your holiday, you should write to us at our address as soon as the reason for the cancellation occurs. The day that we receive your written notification is the date of cancellation. A charge will be payable, depending on the number of days before the holiday start date that the notice of cancellation is received, as follows:
Cancellation Charges
Please arrange insurance as once the booking has been confirmed you are liable for an amount up to the full rental in the event of cancellation.
You may arrive at any time during the day so long as prior notice is given to ascertain that any previous occupants have departed. It would be of assistance if you could keep us informed of your likely time of arrival.
All persons occupying the villa are required to treat the fabric of the building and the furniture and fittings with due care and only to use them for the purpose for which they are supplied. Please keep the villa in a reasonably clean and tidy state during your stay and place any rubbish in the bins along the roadside, the final clean is included in the price of your holiday.
You are responsible for the actual cost of any breakage or damage in or to the accommodation - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by you or your party. All damage must be reported before departure.
You will not allow more persons to stay in the villa than the maximum stated (six).
In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the booking without liability and with a full refund of all monies paid.
