Welcome to our Website Situated in the extreme south of Portugal, this central area of the Algarve is largely unspoilt by tourist development and traces of the Moorish past can still be seen in the unique architecture. Within this charming region with fine beaches, warm water and glorious sunshine year-round lies Casa Alto, a luxury villa situated 8 miles inland from the Algarve coast and 20 minutes from Faro Airport. The villa has 3 bedrooms with the upstairs master bedroom balcony overlooking the terrace and pool and with spectacular views across the coastal plain to the sea. Casa Alto is in Funchais near Bordeira, a local farming community, in a colourful region with fig trees, orange groves and almond trees in blossom. The nearest large towns, all 5 to 6 miles away, are São Brás de Alportel, Santa Barbara and Loulé. To the south is a coastline of sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and fantastic grottoes.  You may prefer however to do little travelling and relax and unwind at Casa Alto around the pool and landscaped gravelled gardens.  Whatever you do, we hope you enjoy your stay.
